Coverage & Fees

Each patient's health insurance company is billed as a courtesy. We currently accept most private insurance plans such as BLUE CROSS, BLUE SHIELD, CCN, United Healthcare, and Cigna PPO plans. We are a MEDICARE certified facility and accept Worker's Compensation cases. In order to do so we must have a valid prescription written and signed by a physician.

California allows for direct access so we can evaluate and treat without a physician's prescription. This requires each patient to pay for our services in full, as we cannot effectively bill an insurance company without a physician prescription. We prefer to work with physicians, as they are a necessary part of the treatment process. Their evaluation efforts provide valuable information, assisting our staff in initiating the proper course of action.

Our fees for an evaluation range from $150 to $175. Each evaluation is at least an hour in length. Treatment is almost always initiated along with the evaluation. Each follow-up session is $120. Patients are required to pay for their portion of treatment in full before each session begins.
